At the onset of each case, we will conduct a complete strategic analysis of the intended assignment/project and foreign nationals’ qualifications and immigration history, including eligibility of any accompanying dependents. Each employee’s relevant information will be analysed in-depth to make certain that the employee is applying for the permission most likely to result in success.
Any application for an employment permit in Ireland will undergo government scrutiny to ensure that the role itself is highly skilled, and also that the candidate then has the required skills. Part of what we do is ensuring that the job description and role is adequate to meet that requirement to be eligible for a permit.

Based on the position you are applying for we will look at your qualifications and experience and see whether you have the minimum requirements for the job/work permit before we put you forward for pre-screening.
A full work permit application costs approximately R45k. The pre-screening is done to assess whether you have a good chance of receiving your permit.
It involves working closely with the lawyers to ensure the required permit application is successful. This application takes approximately 12 weeks and will cost about R45000. Reade Recruitment's specialised immigration legal teams are in every country we operate.
